Name the problem first.
Briefs often arrive as a ready-made solution. I trace them back to the decision someone needs to make, and agree on that before opening Figma.

Build the pattern, then the page.
A good screen helps once. A clear pattern, with its states and rules written down, helps every team that ships after me.

Prototype while it's cheap to be wrong.
I use AI to get rough ideas in front of users within days, then let what people actually do decide what stays.

Stay close until it ships.
I work alongside engineers through build and check the live version against what we agreed, edge cases included.
